Terms and condition are prepared based and in concordance with European Union - Czech law.

1. General provisions and definitions

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases on the website www.lensessclera.com. Business conditions and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller (supplier) and the buyer (customer). All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with the laws of the European Union - Czech Republic. If a party to a consumer, the relations that are not covered by these terms and conditions, the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) And the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.). If a party entrepreneur relationships not governed by terms and conditions Commercial Code (No. 513/1991 Coll.).

2. Ordering

Purchase agreement, which is realized through the sale of goods is concluded delivery orders buyer to the seller. The confirmation occurs electronically no later than the next business day.
By placing an order the buyer certifies that he is familiar with these terms and conditions and agrees with them.

3. Terms of delivery

Goods are shipped through the mail. Stock items are shipped usually within one working day. If the goods are not in stock, it is indicated in product detail.

4. Price

As the price of the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer pays the price indicated at the time that the firm order buyer. This price will be listed in the order confirmation. 
Payment terms - payment is possible by credit/debit card or PayPal system. 
5. Cancelation, returns and warranty
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount could be imposed. If the delivery address is wrongly entered and the buyer does not respond to a repair call, the order will be canceled and 10% administration fees of the amount will me imposed.
Once the products are shipped, and you wish to cancel your order, 10% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non refundable items. Refunf will be processed after the products returns to us.
If your parcel being returned due to incorrect address given by customer, unclaimed parcel, recipient not available during delivery, recipient not pick up the box on the post office, and a refund request is made, we will impose 10% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.
Warranty period, which amounts for consumer goods 24 months, starts taking over the goods. If the sold item, its packaging or instructions attached thereto marked in accordance with specific legislation to limit the use of case (expiration), the warranty period ends this deadline. Usually ships contact lenses with expiration date of at least one and a half years, and solutions with a one year expiration date. 
Please immediately notify us by email info@lensessclera.com before sending the goods claimed. Your claim will analyze and solve individually. 
Complaints are sent by standard mail.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
Every individual has the legal right to 14 days of receipt of goods withdrawal. In this period the consumer buyer to the seller to deliver the goods returned.
In the case of this decision about us, contact us by email and observe the following:
- returned goods must be complete
- goods must not be violated or degraded (open container, etc.). If the consumer violates the original packaging with the supplied product that can not be assumed that it could be a consequence of hygiene or safety reasons the use is not possible to return such goods to the supplier
- Please exposed corroborate our sales document, order number and your PayPal email.
- In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will be refunded to your account or address within 10 working days.
Transport and other costs (eg. customs fee) of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
7. Information about the possibilities of conflict the contract under § 616 of the Civil Code
The seller is responsible for the buyer to sell the thing is to take over the buyer in accordance with the contract, and that it is free from defects. If such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer for breach of contract knew or conflict with the contract he has caused.
Conflict with the purchase agreement, which will take effect within six months of receipt of the matter shall be deemed to have already existed in its takeover, if not in the nature of the case or if it is proven otherwise.
8. Privacy Policy
The company is registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection under number 37416.
The operator of an online store www.lensessclera.com undertakes not to transfer personal data in any form to third parties except for transport and payment services. Your personal information will be strictly according to the law and used only for communication with you. The data we collect for the purpose of the business case and to improve our services. Processing and handling of personal information is in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. the protection of personal data. An amendment of personal data, or you can delete the request by email.
9. Prohibited and restricted goods
We guarantee all goods we sale is legal for sale in Czech Republic (European Union), has CE and ISO. Before you buy items from us, check you can buy and import it to your country. We are not responsible for potential problems on your customs or other offices.
Buyer concluding a purchase contract expressly states that passed eye tests and was advised by a doctor or optician in lens care and the purchase of lenses he was a doctor or optician approved.
10. Prescription Verification
Federal US Law requires us to verify all prescriptions with the appropriate eye care provider. Load in order process a copy of your prescription and allow us to contact them and verify the validity and accuracy of your prescription information. Your eye care provider has 8 business hours to respond to our request for verification. If they do not respond within this time frame we will assume that your prescription is valid and your order will be processed and shipped.
11. EET evidence
  1. Podle zákona o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online, v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin. (from 2017-03-01).
